New Scene and Character: After completing her meeting scene, WRIC becomes an interactable character. School Princess. (PROTOTYPE: There is some lacking material in her data and interaction.)
Translation: The Chinese translation has been updated.
Bug Fix: WNEI no longer departs without saying farewell.

Idea
WelCUM To The City is a visual novel with RPG and sandbox elements, where you may improve your character’s talents and see how your choices influence the environment around you. The goal is that this game is not another linear tale game in which you keep clicking and performing the same things over and again. The introduction was also designed to be interactive and brief so that it would not get boring.
